Woodbridge, New Jersey–The Barron Arts Center presents “The Barron Arts Center’s Artist of the Year Exhibit” Featuring Paul Moran. The exhibit runs October 3-23 with a reception Saturday, October 8, 2016 ~ 2-4pm. Light refreshments will be available.

Paul Moran explains the thought process behind this new exhibit,

“My work usually revolves around nature. Landscapes, flowers and recently, quarries.
I was heavily influenced by contemporary Japanese printmaking as a student at Pratt Institute. My discovery of Yupo paper (synthetic) has allowed me to use watercolor, almost as you would while printmaking and using a press. My early paintings on this paper are more traditional landscapes, while I am moving in a direction of abstraction as I continue to explore this medium.”

Please join us for this thought provoking new exhibition. For more information please call the Barron Arts Center at (732)634-0413.
